Job Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through digital marketing and international events.
Coordinate s business development and technical pre-sales on proposals and pitches for business.
Identify and generate new opportunities by fostering warm relationship with business leads, clients and partners.
Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers and technical team to devise effective solutions.
Working with prospect business leaders to evolve business ideas into potential technology solutions.
Establish and enhance brand image through social media and other channels.
Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their valuesfor the usage of the sales department
Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, Digital marketing, company events or customer workshops
Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice
Establish business development strategy, execution plan and goals, working with Company leadership.
Meticulous forecasting and conservative management of business development budget.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Proven Work Experience of 8 to 12 years as Business Development Manager in IT Industry
Bachelors or Master s degree in business administration
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-starter, Good listening skills and Fluency in English essential.
Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions
Affinity to both sales and technology
A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
Willingness to travel
