Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and deal closing, as well as the ability to establish long-term partnerships with SMEs for staff augmentation.

Responsibilities:

Drive growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs for staff augmentation, resulting in a steady stream of new business Negotiate and close deals with clients, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills Develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed business goals.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes through continuous learning and research Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of products/services.

Provide regular and insightful reports on sales activities and results, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a proven track record in lead generation and deal closing Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, especially with SMEs for staff augmentation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in lead generation and an established network of contacts. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven professional who is passionate about driving business growth through lead generation and deal closing.
