Job Summary Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide support. Onboarding Assistance: Guide new clients through the setup process and ensure a smooth transition. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of MyOperator's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand our customers' use of our solutions. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of customer success principles or previous customer service experience (preferred) Benefits: PPO after 3 months Paid internship
