Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Onboarding: Strategize and execute the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring smooth integration and maximizing revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists to achieve team goals and targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor publisher performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize revenue and efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand programmatic technologies like Google DFP, Ad Manager 360, DV360, Header Bidding, Open RTB, and DMPs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programmatic Experience: Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad servers, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google DFP, Ad Manager 360, DV360, Header Bidding, Open RTB, and DMPs.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
