Candidates with Graduate background, having 5 - 8 years of experience in HR
Should have good knowledge on Statutory Rules & Regulations, Recruitment, Payroll, Administration. Should have good exposure in liaising with Labor Dept, Inspector of Factories, KSPCB, Panchayat Office etc.,
Candidates should be from manufacturing industry & Kannada Language is a Must. Should have good communication skill.
