Job Summary
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute effective performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Design and Rollout Surveys and managed wellness calendar for employees
- Drive Employee communication for the assigned workforce
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in HR with 3-5 years of Work Experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience of Driving Employee Engagement is a must
- Experience with Sales HRBP is a good to have
