Role: Product Marketing Manager

Functional Area: Marketing

Educational Qualification: Graduate with 4+ years of experience/ postgraduate with 2+ years of experience (MBA preferred)

Experience: 4 + years

Location: Gurgaon

You will be the product champion from a marketing standpoint for our Psychometric Assessment tools. You ll play an integral role in product launches, GTM and strategic content creation. You ll be the driver of marketing led business for your products and be the knowledge center within marketing and the firm for your respective products. Additionally, you ll also be the customer champion and understand the ecosystem customers, competitors and industry. This role requires learning, ideation as well as execution. It s an interesting role that appeals to both parts of your brain the analytical side as well as the creative side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product messaging, positioning and GTM Strategy Develop deep understanding of customer segments and develop unique product positioning and messaging that resonates deeply with customers.
  • Content development Conceptualize, create and lead multichannel and multiform content development to power digital marketing channels for your products, including long form content (articles, e-books, case studies, thought leadership reports etc.) and short form content (social messages, videos etc.)
  • Business generation from content Be the owner of content marketing - which includes content ideation, mastery over SEO and rankings, and lead generation
  • Product Marketing Plan - Device multi-channel marketing and content plan to bring out Mercer | Mettl s unique value proposition for your products.
  • Research - Keep a sharp eye on the ecosystem and continuously update himself/herself on customer needs, industry trends, and the competition
  • Channel analytics & Demand Gen Devise and monitor channel wise success metrics to measure growth in organic demand and lead generation. Recalibrate the messaging basis the feedback and market traction

Desired candidate profile:

  • Experience and proven excellence in Product marketing/ Content marketing
  • Excited about problem structuring and solving, in an ambiguous environment
  • Creative person who understands storyboarding and taking value proposition to prospects
  • Excellent English writing and story-telling skills
  • Skilled at building relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Quick learner with a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Analytically sharp with strong bias towards data driven decision making
  • Well versed with MS office tools

Qualification :
