Basic Requirements
- Relevant experience in recruitment
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
- Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
- Work with modern tools including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
Technical Skills
- Having prior full-time experience with talent acquisition in IT industry is a must.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to research.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Thorough understanding of human resource principles and processes.
Soft Skills
- A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic.
- Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Team player.
- Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
- Urging to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred.
- Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- We require someone who is innately curious and motivated
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Additional Skills
- Have good inductive reasoning ability including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events.
- Should be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while being calm and able to handle complex situations with ease.
