Looking for Service Desk Assistant @ Bangalore
?At least 1 years? total experience of working at a Service desk engineer
?Technical competency as helpdesk Engineer & good in communication (Spoken and written
?English)
?Familiarity with Support Ticket & call center support system
?Operating Systems installation and troubleshooting skills
?Read and Analyze Application Logs
?Basic understanding of Network terms like IP addressing, DNS, Subnet, Vlan, Ping
?Software installation and basic troubleshooting knowledge
