Job Summary Technology OpS Support Practitioner Project Role: Technology OpS Support Practitioner Responsible for the integrity and governance of systems, including delivering services following best practices. Involved in the development, deployment, and support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, adhering to existing standards and delivery methods. Responsibilities: 1. System Integrity and Governance: Own the integrity and governance of systems by adhering to best practices. Ensure compliance with architectural and operational standards. 2. Problem Solving and Technical Support: Participate in problem-solving discussions to resolve technical issues effectively. Troubleshoot and ensure the smooth functioning of systems. 3. Collaboration and Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users. Build and share knowledge to support the team effectively. 4. Development and Maintenance: Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructures and applications. Improve existing delivery methods and standards. 5. Security and Documentation: Implement security measures to protect systems and data. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. 6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with Workplace Solutions. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures. Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices. Professional Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required. Experience: Minimum 0 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. Additional Information: Location: Bengaluru. Shift Requirements: Must be flexible to work in night shifts.
