Job Summary Roles and Responsibility

The Head of Brand Marketing will have overall responsibility of brand management (positioning, brand architecture,

new brand creation, etc.), communication development and building deep consumer understanding for the org. This

role comes with the accountability of managing marketing investments on the brand side as well as partnering with

the agency/publisher ecosystem. This is a leadership role with 6 - 7 brand, social and insights managers reporting

into the candidate.

This highly empowered role demands innovative thinking, juggling multiple priorities and a creative and energetic

approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, brand positioning, new launches and marketing strategy.

- Be the brand custodian and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (in sync with the brand).

- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver

measurable impact on both brand (Awareness/Consideration scores) and business objectives (grow top of

the funnel, i.e. visitors/walk-ins etc.)

- Drive a differentiated content strategy across social media platforms

- Work with partners like creative agency, media agency, social agency and research agency for

implementation of marketing plan

- Experience in launching new Brands, Brand extensions and Private Labels

- Experience in crafting marketing campaigns that drive awareness and build consideration for the brand

- Good understanding of digital/social media is preferred
