Job Summary Job Description:
- Plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute campaigns
- Agency facing : should be comfortable and have had experience in writing briefs and directing our agency partners on campaigns. Experience in judging creative output is key
- Actively work on market research and cohort data enhancement projects
- Align the company around the brand s direction, choices and tactics
- Action and analyze consumer insights mining
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with other team members working on brand initiatives
- Internal Brand PoC for the Acquisition and Retention teams
- Drive the year-round brand marketing calendar and achieve pre-set brand KPIs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as external partners on BAU jobs
Candidate Requirements
- Track record of recognizing and executing good creative work
- Proven work experience as Brand Manager or Account management/ Planner at a recognized creative Agency
- Proven ability to work on brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
- Good understanding of Brand Market Research, having been involved in them earlier
- Strong Brand Marketing foundations
- Process driven
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in driving large scale ATL and Digital campaigns (ideation to execution)
