We are looking for an experienced Creative Head to lead creative and UI design at our Bangalore office. We cater to clients worldwide and this requires deep understanding of contemporary technologies and design practices.Along with a challenging work environment, we offer the best compensation and benefits packages in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the creative design team and establish a best in class design practice within the company
  • Conceive and implement guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects from web design, emails, newsletters, social media etc.
  • Create and foster a creative thought environment where individuals are encouraged to participate and contribute
  • Understand business requirements and implement a creative design process to achieve goals in a fast-paced project environment
  • Train and develop junior talent and build a team that is aligned to our creative process and can meet growth demands
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Degree in fine arts from a prestigious university
  • At least 10 years in creative design with 3 years as lead
  • Deep understanding of Responsive Web Design with proven track record of designing websites for international markets
  • An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
  • Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff alike
