In time target achievements Performing any assigned activities Timely reporting to the concerned manager Generating/Following up appropriate leads Online sales and Field sales Daily work Report submission Contribution in designing sales promotions in the assigned cadre Team/Individual Presentations to the concerned groups or customers Negotiating with the client/customer Closing sales if necessary and directed by assigned manager Failure of performing any of the above-mentioned tasks would be strictly dealt.
Requirements: Completed any UG degree Minimum 3 years experience in real estate/construction sales
Languages to be spoken: Telugu, Hindi, English
Willing to travel distant places if required Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Salary: 15k - 18k ( Incentives are performance-based )
