Job Summary
Qualification
- Any undergraduate degree
- 3 + years of real estate sales experience
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Knowledge of MS Office and other CRM tools
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
Description
- Convert leads into sales by convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their requirement and to close
- Manage our client base through timely follow up on leads
- Generate leads through marketing and other promotional activities
- Work actively on the scheduled appointments and show around our properties
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- To ensure customer satisfaction and customer documentation is up to date
- To ensure pre-set sales targets are achieved
- Project a premium real estate brand attitude and deliver a positive experience to the clientele
- Cultivate excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
- Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager
