Job Summary
What you ll do on the job:
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and identify solutions to resolve.
- Communicating with customers quickly to get the issues resolved within SLA.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback and solutions.
- Supporting the role out of new features.
- Managing multiple cases at a time.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Who ll be a good fit:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering - preferably Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Prior experience in Tech support.
- Experience with help desk software.
- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
