Job Summary

Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.

Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations.

Ability to deal professionally with irate customers.

Be able to work on rotating shift pattern, and be able to be on call on 24*7 basis.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline or diploma holder with relevant work experience

A+, MCP, CCNA, DCSE certification preferred

Soft Skills:

Good written and spoken english communication skill.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent telephone soft skills.

Mainstream DOS and Windows Applications

Basic PC Hardware for desktop and portable systems

Microsoft Operating Systems

Troubleshooting Peripheral Subsystems including the following: Multimedia, Scanners, Printers/Laser Printers.

Experience Required :
