Position description:
We are looking for a B2C Manager with proven experience to aggressively prospect, identify and develop our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for different regions of our organization and will manage the entire B2C sales, drive the sales teams, develop, and execute business plans, produce unique sales strategies, and ensure a high volume of daily transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- This role would be responsible for managing the entire B2C sales for the assigned region/products/BU to drive greater value for the business.
- He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.
- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy
- Complete responsibility for P&L-Cost efficient customer acquisition and ensuring high volume of daily transactions
- Build & manage a strong sales team with deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR, and CRM
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel & vendors in assigned products
- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing, and customer handling
- Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestor
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to competition
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute the online marketing strategies for lead generation and sales
- The role reports into the Regional BU Head, where apart from managing the entire sales & service function for the assigned BU, the position also plays a critical role in business development strategy
- The role would eventually progress into a Regional Head (Management level) in a period of 2-3 years
