Job Summary

About the job As a Technical Account Manager you will: Manage the performance of multiple accounts and serve as their primary advisor and advocate. Assist the publisher team on new publisher onboarding. Document and outline publisher coverage globally. Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners, day to day clients, and internal teams (Account, Audience and Analytics). Identify performance improvement opportunities and communicate with publishers. Coordinate with client success to identify gaps in publisher coverage. Ensure data aligns properly with publishers. Execute programmatic campaigns from the initial briefing stage through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting. Own trades in multiple programmatic consoles with an understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, etc.). Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client report. About you You ll be a great fit if you have: A BA/BS degree. Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets. Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations. Effective time management skills the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to perform basic skills in word processing tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software. A positive, self-starting attitude and an effective team player mindset. Passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and our clients business. Passion for learning new technology and teaching it to others.
