You get to play a pivotal role to set up of Eloqua instance, campaigns, consult stakeholders on effectively managing and setting up of campaigns/ instances. As an SME you will be responsible to manage and own stakeholder relationships by have a clear vision of progress and growth of the business, the team and the existing scope of work.

Mapping business requirements

An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and interface requirements to ensure zero gaps in planning and prioritizing projects. Alongside, you ll prepare and review functional specifications, bring in newer process enhancement, aid better reporting of data, ensuring best practices are implemented and ensure our projects meet clients business requirements. Likewise, tracking user acceptance and supporting investigation to address any issues will be your responsibility.

Guiding teams

Being the person in charge, your overall support to ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations team, as well as business users, internal and external stakeholders, will be part of your job. Jointly, you ll drive the adoption and rollout of agile campaigns, as well as ensure quality delivery, risk management and standardization within the team.

Flawless expertise

We re looking for Eloqua Specialist with at least 5-7 years or more of Marketing Automation experience The Eloqua Specialist will be chiefly in charge of their marketing automation platform and email campaigns. They will be creating and optimizing marketing content, including tracking campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages and content creation. The position also involves regular maintenance to the Eloqua system. as well as three or more years of hands-on Eloqua experience. An Eloqua Mastery Certification is preferred.

Immaculate knowledge

• At least 5+ years in email marketing with experience in demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns
• Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to increase provider activations, retention
• Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships & programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement.
• Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns
• Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
• Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders
• Expert user of the basics: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Impeccable leadership

Superb writing and speaking abilities are must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
