Position Duties:
Person is supposed to work with demand generation team and manage and own prospect campaigns including - planning, execution, coordination, review of the campaign s performance and sharing the results with stakeholders
Person will be responsible for cataloguing the available content assets to ensure smooth and streamlined usage of assets as per requirements
Person is supposed to help with analyzing and streamlining content strategy by tracking the performance of various assets and suggesting optimization methods under marketing initiatives
Person is supposed to coordinate with all global program stakeholders about execution, performance, and progress of our content strategy for demand generation
Person will be responsible for sales enablement ensuring the sales team is kept up to date with all marketing activities, ranging from seminars and webinars to new content and marketing campaigns
Person will own the content calendar to scale our messaging and help the regional lead generation program owners across regions
Person will help with the content of social media and digital marketing promotions
Candidate Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience managing and executing marketing campaigns including creatives, email marketing, tracking, reporting, stakeholders coordination and performance review
1-2 years of experience in content strategy and performance review
Experience with US stakeholders coordination preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing technologies like Marketo, Eloqua and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) preferred
Must have good analytical skills with knowledge of intermediate Excel
Highly organized with particular attention to details
Ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadline oriented environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator
University degree in marketing, digital, design or closely related field with at least 3 years experience or MBA in marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing in technology, software or events industry
Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and enthusiasm
Knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, and of developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns
