Key Responsibilities:
Top-line ownership & growth: Own & grow revenue target for the transmission services LOB
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to set up and grow the marketing automation and transmission services business for Intense creating recurring streams of revenue.
Hunting & Farming Targets: You will work both with existing account managers to sell this to existing customers as well as hunt for new logos.
Marketing & Business Development: Work with marketing and business development to enable and improve sales conversion rates.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand the company's footprint and increase market share in the CPaaS domain.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards to provide insights to senior management.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality and platform offerings.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven track record of success in CPaaS/ transmission services industry
Experience selling to BFSI
Passionate sales leader with the ability to drive the marketing automation and transmission services LOB sales independently
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong connections in top-tier banks and insurance companies such as ICICI, HDFC, SBI, IndusInd etc.
Deep understanding of the CPaaS market in India
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
