LOCATION: 401-407, VIVA ATELIER, OPP. B D PATEL HOUSE, NARANPURA, AHMEDABAD
WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are for ensuring hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. Responsible for Internal Recruitment for the organization
- Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description from various portals & social media (Naukri, LinkedIn) internal database, referrals, validating them on their experience and qualification
- Identifying potential candidates through various sources such as internal databanks, job portals, mass mailings, referencing, and so on to fill vacancies and inviting them to apply for the jobs.
- Handling/Managing the complete Recruitment Life Cycle Sourcing & Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Follow-up, processing CV s, maintaining Internal Database etc.
- Place and update all job postings on various job boards and social media sites.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to evaluate their level of interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions that truly capture the requirements of each position
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Responsible for joining formalities, End to End Recruitment, Document s & background verification
- Assess potential candidates skills, qualifications, and experience using standardized screening techniques & research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Streamlined the recruitment process to reduce interview dropouts and increase offer closure in a short span of time under high pressure with ease.
- Coordinate with line managers for productive recruitment strategies, planning and implementation & understand requirements & Identifying manpower requirements, finalize appointments for sourcing the best talent from different sources.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective candidates to meet future resource needs.
- Prepared daily and weekly reports which cover the submission, interview status and joining details etc
- Responsible for joining formalities, End to End Recruitment, Document s & background verification
- Negotiate the salary and closing the profile in accordance with the company s budget
- Assists in the development of internal processes and procedures and provides inputs
- Maintain long-term relationships with previous applicants and prospective candidates.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with candidates at all levels
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to speak about the company and respond to any questions of potential candidates
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
