WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
iConsultera is seeking a professional who possesses a high energy level, outgoing personality, and be results-oriented, with demonstrated success in promoting and pitching Accounts Outsourcing services. This professional would generate research on prospects and assemble reports to use in attracting and inciting prospects interested in partnering with iConsultera for Accounts Outsourcing Services. Also, this professional would maintain the prospect database, cold calls, follows up with agency-generated leads, maintains and follows up on regular new business mailings, looks for new leads, book eAppointments, creates prospect profiles, and stays up to date on correspondence relating to all prospect contacts.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Should have ability to build sales plans & strategies and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with clients across US and UK.
- Previous exposure to Accounts outsourcing services is a must have.
- Excellent understanding of building networks using social media and utilize digital marketing strategies to build sales pipeline.
- Stay hands-on with all the customer accounts and client relationships and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Able to head the team of sales associates and educate them on effective sales strategies
- Ability to capture the sales lingo and understand various business domains very quickly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary role is to generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling.
- Scheduled telephonic appointments with accounting business leaders.
- Follow-up regularly on existing leads and maintaining proper sales funnel.
- Demonstrates ability to interact with C-Level executives across various domains.
- Pre-qualify leads from conferences, events, mailers, e-mail blasts, social media enquiries and other marketing efforts.
- Prepare weekly monthly reports on lead conversion and funnel status.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
This individual will have immense growth opportunities, not just titles/roles or financial growth being few but working with some of the industry leaders and influencers in the Customer Success area. This individual may have future opportunities to travel the United States for business purposes to attend accounting conferences, client meetings/training, and or meeting Onshore Business Advisors.
COMPENSATION:
The compensation includes basic salary, fixed allowances as well as best-in-industry sales incentives and all-paid national or international trips.
