Job Description:Business Development Manager
Location:Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Business ManagerforTest & Measurement product, and customized concept selling to Govt. and Private Industries.
- Managing a team of 6 to 10 Business Development Engineers
- Promotion of company s products and services
- Building and delivering presentations to clients
- Traveling to client sites across the defined territoryfor product demonstrations
- Working along with Partners for relationship building with Prospects
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of key accounts registered with
- Number of inquiries generated
- Value of orders received
An ideal candidate shall be:
- More than 5 years of experience of which minimum of 3 years of KeyAccountsSales experience must have workedinTest and measurementIndustrial products business domain
- Must have handled Techno-Commercials role in the past profile
- Should be capable ofindependentlydoing theplanning,evaluatingPerformanceevaluationof team sales data, a delegation of the task and aligning the resources as per requirement
- Must be willingto travel for a significant period of timeacross West and Central India
- Understanding ofIndustrial andGovenrmentGovernmentPurchase processwith key clients mentioned above
- Extremely good command on English and Hindi
- Forecasting of business & Periodical Reporting
- Recruit, train, Motivate and empower sales team.
Qualification:
- MBA Sales& Marketingpreferred; Graduation inEngineering(Electronics/ Instrumentation)
Salary:
- INR12 lakhs per annum
Posting:
