Job Summary

Job description:

  • - Customer acquisitions starting from prospecting and qualifying of the right opportunities and chasing it for closure.
  • - Understanding the company Product & Service offerings and reaching out to the suitable audience through whatsapp, email, LinkedIn, phone and face to face meetings.
  • - Follow up with customers understand their business needs, suitable solution, submit commercial proposal and follow up
  • - Write a pitch for email and social media
  • - Ability to use MS Excel for contact generation and deal cycle tracking
  • - Added advantage: Exposure in selling SaaS services [On Demand Delivery Solutions]
  • - Good to have knowledge of CRM like HubSpot, other productivity tools and software.
  • - High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
  • - Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • - Manage inbound and out bound lead generation, maintaining a healthy pipeline with high-quality leads and engage them toward closures.
  • - Performing Follow Up duties from bringing in business to the payment follow-ups.
  • - Arrange a meeting cum walkthrough Demo for prospective clients with the decision makers
  • - Efficient in Business and client Communication
  • - Handling email campaigns, Inbound leads and social media campaigns
  • - Knowledge of quotation, proposal, Cover letter, and analysis reports.
