Job Summary
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Position Title
Marketing Head
Purpose of the Position
To enhance the Marketing presence of Brand and Products through right mix of Digital, Brand & Events.
Reporting To
DIRECTOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1
Develop a strategic marketing plan (upto 2 years) for organization & define the priorities around Branding, Digital footprint and Events) to enhance organization market presence.
2
Actively work with Director, Domestic Sales Head to define the market positioning, messaging and identify the optimal combination of medium to enhance the presence.
3
Identify mission critical actions/ initiatives and deliver on the marketing goals set for the year
4
Review and enhance the marketing impact of the following - Company Website, Digital Presence (Linkedin & other social media platforms), Company Branding & corporate video, through regular enhancements and upgrades
5
Collaborate with Sales team & Director to generate marketing material and collateral to enhance visibility organization Brand and product
6
Plan and execute "events" in line with the Strategic plan and ensure visibility across client/ partner ecosystem through appropriate channels
7
Engage with agencies (events, media, web designers etc) to execute the various marketing initiatives identified for the year
8
Develop the annual marketing budget plan (quarterly & monthly targets) in line with the targets/ growth & development objectives.
9
Develop necessary metrics and measures to assess the impact of Marketing efforts (including spends) and track the impact.
