Job Summary Evolving Marketing strategies for Foods Business -:Develop marketing strategies for Foods business .Design and implement the Annual Brand Marketing Plans to achieve the qualitative and quantitative corp. objectives. Ensure an increased market share and profitability for Foods business by facilitating Market development, brand management, and business development. Providing inputs for strategic pricing of all assigned products.Formulate systems and Processes for providing customer feedback.Develop user friendly and market acceptable packaging.Brand Management -advertising and sales promotion to achieve the desired brand personality / identity.Monitoring and reviewing of all products performance against Budget.Coordinating with Advt. Agency, R and D, Production, Purchase, Logistics and Sales for product enhancement and market feedback. Direct and guide the Team on developing promotional activities for the group including product literature, media Plan, technical seminars, so as to ensure adequate market awareness for Foods Products.Market Research -:Initiate Market intelligence systems to provide monthly information to business head foods on potential data, competitors activities, new product opportunities, which will influence the Food business.Responsible for Market research in coordination with external agencies and the in-house Market Research Team.Customer Relationship Management -:Assisting, Planning and implementing Advertising and sales promotion including co-ordination with advertising agencies.Oversee conduct of satisfaction reviews / employer surveys.Minimum Requirements

MBA(Marketing) Full time. Preferably from Food Sector2-3 yrs, sales experience, but maximum marketing exposure.

MBA/PGDM
