Job Summary
  • Crafting strategies for marketing team to create awareness of the companys business activities with its stakeholders.
  • Managing a robust & reputation management system, with special focus on ORM (Online Reputation Management); implement sensitive mechanism in place for proactively engaging with customers and strengthening brand reputation.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan to set clear achievable milestones which can be measured on consistent basis. Implement marketing/communications/public relations program as per agreed budgets, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance of the same.
  • Manage the media planning and buying activities and supervising post campaign analysis on outcome and further action plan.
  • Design & Implement ATL (Digital, TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, and ambient media) strategies and print media strategies
  • Focus on Digital marketing Online, Social media & e-commerce initiatives and create Measurement tools for their performance of such campaigns.
  • Develop & modify appropriate marketing collateral for the Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, logo, brochures, etc.
  • Establishing efficient system for generation & implementation of ideas & opportunities for product launches, corporate/business features, top management profiling, speaker placements at relevant industry forums, seminars, CSR stories, etc.
  • Accountable for successful launch of new brands and sales driven events based on market insights and target customer focus.
  • Focus on creating marketing campaigns that focus on engaging with key stakeholders like- Architect, Dealers and builders to ensure creating a positive impact.
  • Craft Competitive Intelligence strategy proactively tracking competitors in terms of industry trends in relation to marketing campaigns share the insight with CEO for effective counter strategy development.
  • Co-ordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
  • Set direction and creative environment for the market team that enables creation of an effective marketing team.
  • Create such a brand image for the organization that helps in maintaining a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel.
