Job description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate HomeCapital s value propositions effectively to our customers, developers & lending institutions
  • Identify developers with excellent track records and projects offering good quality home to first time home buyers and initiate tie-ups with such developers
  • Analyse data from various sources to identify the builders active in given area, types of homes they build and the price range
  • Effectively negotiate pricing and close deals with real estate developers
  • Create proposals, contracts and any other documents as required
  • Identify opportunities to reach out new customers such as economic growth, income levels, family size, demography, lifestyles, buying mindset etc.
  • Identify growth drivers such as large commercial projects, infrastructure development, industrial corridors & SEZs, metro rail, monorail, rapid transit system, etc.
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with all developers, lending partners and home buyers
  • Work closely with other departments such as research & development, sales, marketing, project development & product development to achieve business development goals

Role requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or partnerships role at a real estate, housing finance or NBFCs.
  • Should have experience of interacting with senior position holders at client side
  • Should be proactive and be able to work with minimum guidelines
  • Should be self-starter, results & details oriented
  • Should possess critical thinking & good analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work in a start-up environment and ability to solve problems with a practical, hands on approach
  • Bachelor s degree or master s degree from a tier 1 / premier college only
