Job Summary

Job Description Develop and implement the architectural and interior design for Hospitality Projects. ensuring adherence to defined specifications and standards. Core Responsibilities Strategic Lead and manage the design/Interior/service consultant database of Hospitality Projects. Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Design & Development practices of hotel projects. Develop / update Department SOPs; Lead the development of a framework for reporting & MIS Operational Drive effective relationship management with design/Interior consultants / architects / service consultants (existing and new) to ensure cost effective and preferential services for hotel projects. Work closely with the Business Development Department to understand land details (land usage, proposed development, CDP parameters etc.); Assist them in conducting the feasibility study from a design perspective. Work closely with the Legal and Liaison Departments to obtain project planning information and documents such as topographical & land survey map etc. Work closely with the Marketing Department to obtain the market appraisal report defining the project profile and configuration. Lead the development of the Architect/Interior Brief containing project details such as vision, size, type etc. and ensure timely submission of the same to the design consultants / architects. Ensure timely submission of conceptual drawings and schematics by the design consultants / architects; Critically analyze and finalize the same in consultation with the Top Management and Engineering Department Review and ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of marketing collateral information (area statement, sale plan, specifications, perspectives etc.) to the Marketing Department Work closely with the Engineering Department to facilitate the timely preparation of the master schedule. Manage and review Department MIS and ensure periodic reporting of the same to the Top Management Financial Evaluate the cost impact of various design options; Drive cost savings through negotiations with design consultants / architects / service consultants. Develop the Department budget and ensure adherence to the same . People Actively participate in recruitment of Design team Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental plans for team members and emphasize on succession planning. Emphasize innovation and foster an environment of learning. What are we looking for?(Specific Skill Set) Bachelor s or master s degree in architecture, and a Management Degree. With a minimum 18+ years of experience in designing hospitality projects/Interiors , including hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities.
