Job Summary

Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related needs and issues
Leading employee management including training & development, succession planning, employee retention, team building activities, PMS, Payroll and addressing employee s issues
Managing the entire talent management from hiring till exit process
Facilitating employee benefits/engagement programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Masters in Human Resources from tier1/2 colleges with Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
2-4 years of experience in Human resource management
Strong knowledge of HR practices like Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention and maintaining work ethics on the floor
Experience in working in a fast-paced start-up/agency would work
