Job Summary



The role is of paramount importance that would directly impact the future of the organisation. You will be working closely with the senior leadership at DigiDarts to not only ensure that the right candidates join the Family but also ensure that the current members can see a long term growth trajectory. You would also be responsible for looking after the professional and personal development of all team members across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Identifying key skillset requirements for senior positions.
    • Lead Technology/Data Roles hiring- First round screening and selection.
    • Creating a detailed recruitment process (screening tests, tasks, interview questions) for different positions at all levels.
    • Developing a hiring manual that showcases all requirements (cultural) to be met by the candidate.
    • Help streamline the recruitment process.
    • Develop competitive compensation/benefits package for prospective positions at all levels.
    • Create a process for efficient onboarding (welcome package, identification of current resources to train new members).
    • Identifying key headhunting agencies to help source candidates.
    • Ensure team member legal compliance/background checks.
    • Develop and execute a summer internship program to attract greater talent from across the country
    • Developing a program to help boost DigiDartss brand in target recruitment colleges/universities
    • Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to strategic resource hiring.

  • Talent Management & Retention:
    • Develop strategies and plans to maximise resource utilization.
    • Lead resource allocation across all levels of the organization.
    • Develop detailed professional growth plans for all teams across the organization.
    • Help streamline designations and organisation structures.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Help formulate and implement career development plans across all teams.
    • Create programs for long term team member engagement and increase overall retention.
    • Ensuring all the operational team requirements/problems are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Instilling the Digidarts Culture in current and future team members.

  • Team Management & Training:
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
    • Recruit HR executives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR/People/Talent Ops roles.
  • Experience in digital marketing industry hiring and creating payroll packages.
  • Hands on experience with Payroll/Recruitment software.
  • Active listening and negotiating skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with people at all levels and different backgrounds
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
