Two-way Broker interfaces need to be established with our main approved brokers to drive digitalization and automation in our customs and trade transactions. Other interfaces with non-core SAP applications (e.g. SFDC) and FTP servers (e.g. Descartes, Swiss Exchange Rates, etc) need to be maintained and improved when required. Manage the GTM Continuous Improvement program. Build and lead the team of GTM Continuous Improvement Manager(s) as direct or indirect reporting lines. The CI function needs to work closely with AMS Run Support to review defects and how these are (timely, completely and properly) resolved fitting to the Global Template. Drive the GT digitalization agenda together with the Regional Heads of Trade Management and Global Trade Analysts. Ensure, with HR and global functional management support, that GTM process and applications management is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed at functional level. Guide, motivate and develop team members within Hitachi Energy policies, for the benefit of both Hitachi Energy and the employee.
