Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities Understand the business, industry and suggest appropriate comp models. Analyse effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed. Excellent analytical and operational skills Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills Facilitate the Annual Salary Review process including promotions and hiring fitments
