Job Summary
Position Purpose: The Head Hunter is responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for key roles within the Organisation. This role involves proactively sourcing high-caliber candidates with specialized skills in Leadership role. The Head Hunter will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure the firm hires the best talent in a competitive market, helping to drive the company s growth.. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market mapping to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential candidates across key competitors and allied industries. Identify and engage with highly skilled candidates for critical and Leadership positions. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, social media, industry events, referrals, and proprietary databases to attract passive candidates. Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships through direct engagement and networking. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movements in the software product space. Provide data-driven insights and strategic advice to hiring managers about hiring trends and talent availability. Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the specific needs of each role, from technical skills to cultural fit. Skills Required Minimum 5+yrs of experience in Head haunting / Executive search . Proven experience as a Headhunter, or Executive Search Consultant, specifically in the technology or software product sector. Strong track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates in software engineering, product development, and technology leadership roles. Prior experience working within a fast-paced software product firm is a plus. Excellent headhunting and sourcing skills, with a strong ability to engage passive candidates. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels Strong network within the software and technology industries. Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
