Associate Manager Finance & Accounts Job in Phonepe

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Develop clear understanding of revenue and cost drivers, preparation of monthly financialmetrics and financials for the entity and provide variance, value add analysis and supportstakeholders.
- To evaluate &; devise appropriate processes & internal controls framework to exerciseeffective financial control related to the direct costs for the company s operations and toensure compliance with regulatory/Group requirements and to highlight any gaps toappropriate forums for quick resolution of the issues.
- System testing & process controls review during implementation of Revenue and Cost systems.
- Responsible for setting up reconciliations of all fund movements, setting up of the processand workflows, monitoring them closely, and ensure complete compliance with the Lawsof the Land.
- Must have a fair understanding of digital lending guidelines
- Create and maintain Revenue metrics for the management.
- Identify the observations/issues/control gaps in the System/money movement/Invoicing/collections process and highlight it to the management.
- Accounting and reporting of Revenue & Costs in line with IFRS/ US GAAP requirements.
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring adequate managementof working capital and preparation for cashflow projections associated with fund management.

Ideal Candidate
Experience/ Exposure
A strong technical background with knowledge of IFRS/IND AS/US GAAP accounting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Review of System controls and IT risk assessment.
Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Presentation.
Experience in the field of Fintech/ Lending/ NBFC is an added advantage.
