Job Summary Job/Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the automotive industry to lead projects focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects from conception to delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: "Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing, and design teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and internal leadership. Manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, and adhere to organizational processes and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure business continuity. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Perform project review and feedback to improve project management processes and best practices." Key Competencies: "Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, with expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Collaboration and Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Automotive Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including its trends, standards, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success." Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Requirement ESSENTIAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Project Managment PREFFERED SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Computer or equivalent
