Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team to help plan, execute and manage our deliverables. The Marketing Project Manager drives the progress of our projects throughout the organization from initiation through delivery. They are responsible for all project executions for the Marketing Team, defining and managing the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for projects. You'll organize and drive resources (capital, staff, tools) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Your responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation.

Job description:

Plan, coordinate and oversee various tasks with cross-functional teams ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.

Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, coordinating resources and providing overall project alignment.

Proactively develop, implement, monitor and socialize new and/or existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness and decision-making.

Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external and global) to gain their support and required resources.

Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy ensuring all teams are aligned and informed while maintaining understanding, advocacy and education of internal processes.

In collaboration with key stakeholders, work to meet business and marketing objectives and targets.

Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, KPIs and progress of project and create reporting and analytics on a regular cadence.

Required Qualifications:

Have experience building roadmaps, deliverables, and timelines for multi-disciplinary Creative teams

Have helped define project scope and schedules while handling the delivery of features, creative reviews, bug fixes, and overall quality

Have a strong ability to organize and lead project statuses and meetings, including running regular sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and sprint planning meetings with highly creative teams

Are a strong and compassionate communicator, enjoying the end-to-end process of keeping teams and individuals accountable for deliverables, next steps, overall progress updates

Always approach interactions with a resourceful mindset to manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary for extra support, correcting deviations from plans, and performing delivery planning for projects

Are comfortable working and communicating status updates across Tech / Creative / QA teams from Senior Leadership to Customer Support, and everything in between

Are looking to use your special skills & abilities to improve the supply chain landscape and make a lasting impact

Bonus: You have experience working in supply chain or logistics

Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Project Management Software, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Position Requirement/Required Skills:

3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or logistics/supply chain industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Experience with project management theory, workflow and best practices.

Experience with marketing tactics, creative processes, and digital marketing.

Understanding of creative processes, design, and content development.

Proficiency working within web-based project management & marketing applications including but not limited to Basecamp, Trello, etc.

Proficiency with copywriting, proof-reading and reviewing work for completion.
