As a Skills Guild Project Manager (PM), within AISPL, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, developing and delivering large scale enablement programs in India. You will work with some of AWS biggest and most complex customers to deliver multiple transformative programs of work in India. You will collaborate with field business development and training & certification teams in AISPL, to develop project management processes and reporting mechanisms for the program, report on the progress of these programs and drive customer satisfaction by providing creative solutions to complex questions.
Successful candidates will have a strong project management background, be data driven, and have a demonstrated passion for enabling organisations. You will be a passionate and proven leader with the ability to gain customer stakeholder buy-in, communicate confidently at both the executive and project team level, and collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams, regardless of organizational boundaries. You will be a natural problem solver with a cool head, which can deal with ambiguity and work autonomously to drive the right outcomes for your customers
Role & Responsibilities
Partner with customer and business development team to define, develop and implement skills transformation programs
Take ownership of all project management activities for each Skills Guild engagement including planning, reporting and risk mitigation. Ensuring customer outcomes and milestones are delivered on time and to the requisite level of quality
Partner with Account Managers and Solution Architects to directly support key customers with their program management needs, where needed, develop program management tools and documents for customer and AISPL
Use a data driven approach to define metrics and reporting mechanisms that will ensure the quality of all customer engagements
Become a subject matter expert and educate account managers and customers on best practices for running large scale enablement projects
Craft monthly business reviews to AISPL leadership to surface key business insights from the field and advocate for our customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience delivering complex projects within an agile framework
7+ years in a customer facing role
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to develop project management processes and reporting mechanisms
Proven record of delivering engagements greater than $1m
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Superior analytical skills including enhanced excel, but also strong bias for action
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
? Training business experience
? Working experience as a SCRUM master or leading a SAFe program
? SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe certified
? Robust understanding of training and skills trends within the technology market
? Prior experience working in a technology sales organization
? Knowledge of cloud services
? Experience with multiple data visualisation and business intelligence tools
