Job Summary
Requirements:
- Should have experience in Troubleshooting of any issue related to Windows.
- Should have experience in Setting up and configure of server and desktop.
- Should have experience in Installation of s/w and configure , VM and storage
- Should have experience in handling end user issue.
- Should have experience in work as Cloud engineer for Exchange Online, Azure and SharePoint Online.
- Should have experience in managing Users and provisioned user licenses in office365 .
- Should have experience in creation of new Active Directory Management agent.
- Technology -
- OS (Windows 7-10), Windows Server, Virtual Environments, PC troubleshooting/vendor escalation, provide basic network troubleshooting, , email issues, cloud, internet connectivity, Office 365 components, etc.
