Job Summary
Number of positions: 1
To be the right fit, you will need:
- CCNA/CCNP certified candidate with minimum 4 years of hands on experience.
- Take a leading role in designing and leading the implementation of company widedata architecture strategy
- Design and hands-on experience with Cisco Firewalls, F5 LTM and/or Palo Alto devices and routers.
- Experience in switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, Ether-Channel and Port-Channel on both Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches
- Design and hands-on experience operating and maintaining WANs, LANs and wireless networks.
- Expertise with network infrastructure management tools including SolarWinds(Orion)
- Expertise with routers, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VPNs, vLANS, encrypted tunnels, encryption technology and wireless technology.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to lead/participate in major incident and problem management activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interface with team and client partner.
- TIL practitioner following best practices for request, change, problem and incident management.
Goodto have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience required
- CCIE certification with practical experience
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework (preferably certified)
- Knowledge/hands on experience on Voice over IP technology
- Experience in ticketing tools, ITIL and implementing Network infrastructure management best practices
- Conceptual knowledge of main IT Infrastructure components (server, storage, data, cloud, EUC and applications)
