• Managing a team of designers and UI developers by reviewing their work and providing them better solutions before deliver to the client.
• Pre-sales assistance on new projects estimation for UI/UX of website and mobile apps.
• Involving in client calls / meetings with queries / agenda to understand requirements.
• Provide Training to new users/Joiniess with the process.
• Assigning task to resources and quality analysis.
• Sharing latest web and traditional design standards with the designers.
• Experience in creative web / mobile app designs.
• Manage collaboration with designers and Product Managers to define UX goals of the assigned area.
• Manage the creation of new templates, styleguide, documentation and design principles
• Manage collaboration with designers and Product Managers to define UX goals of the assigned area
• Establish UX Strategy for products and communicate that across to designers and product teams
• Consistently demonstrate innovative thinking when managing design process
• Manage design cohesion across multiple product lines
• Has extensive experience designing compelling and quality UI, Interaction and visual design
• Keep up to date with the state of the art of UX design, new technologies and behavior trends
• Has capacity to create excellent UX and interaction design in a timely manner
• Excellent skills with industry-standard design software
• Manage design work library for different platforms and environments
• Manage the creation of new templates, styleguide, documentation and design principles
• Manage development of scenarios, wireframes, and mock-ups/prototypes in order to evaluate and communicate design thinking
• Has deep knowledge of underlying technology (Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, CSS, etc) other Adobe products
• Prior experience working within a technical environment is required
• Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, and other devices is required
• Familiarity with the agile software development process is required
