Job Summary
Job Responsibility
- Handles all inbound and outbound calls made to customers
- Supports email & chat option to assist customers
- Documentation of all calls and analysis thereafter
- Follow up with customers and ensure closure of leads towards conversions
- Handle special projects - involves taking single-point responsibility for a certain product offering, new initiative etc.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Good listening skills
- Possess a flair for customer delight
- Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self- motivated individual
- Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
