Job Summary

Job Responsibility

  • Handles all inbound and outbound calls made to customers
  • Supports email & chat option to assist customers
  • Documentation of all calls and analysis thereafter
  • Follow up with customers and ensure closure of leads towards conversions
  • Handle special projects - involves taking single-point responsibility for a certain product offering, new initiative etc.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Strong communication skills ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Good listening skills
  • Possess a flair for customer delight
  • Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self- motivated individual
  • Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
