Job Summary The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and developing brands within the India Business division to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and enhance brand equity. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving brand advocacy. Key Responsibilities Brand Management Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability. Enhance brand qualitative parameters to gain a competitive advantage. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and key business leaders to advocate for the brand. Propose and execute divisional initiatives to support therapy development. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies. Performance Analysis Assess the execution of divisional and brand strategies at the ground level to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. Stakeholder Management Interact with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, retailers, and distributors, to build strong relationships and drive brand awareness. Education and Qualifications B.S.C (Science) or B. Pharmacy with an MBA in Marketing. 4-6 years of experience in brand management.
