Your Role

Connect with outbound prospects using phone and email and respond to all inbound leads
Should be able to draft personalized emails, based on the buyer persona
Should succeed in achieving the required touch points with prospects through multiple strategies to reach the lead generation target every day.
Responsible to document all activities in CRM and manage every bit of lead information.
Should work closely with the sales manager to accelerate sales cycle, extend reach into target accounts and refine the lead development process
Responsible to set appointments with key decision-makers
Ability to understand company s offerings and be able to create personalized emails targeted towards specific prospects.
Have the ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads
Help with list building and other research projects
Responsible to develop value proposition messaging
Responsible for ad-hoc reporting on pipeline opportunities
Responsible to pre-qualify leads for the Sales Manager

What we look for/Skills

What we look for/Skills
Bachelor s degree
At least 0-4 years of experience in inside sales or market development position within software services space or KPO/ BPO
MBA Fresher s are also welcome
Understanding of lead generation process
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Flexible with working hours
Competitive and coachable in nature
Go-getter attitude
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Understanding or Experience with CRM
