Job Summary

Cold Calling; Making multiple outbound calls as per the daily quota to potential clients
Develop good understanding of products/solutions in offering for effective closures
Assess competitors by understanding & analyzing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitch
Research business directories, web searches or digital resources to generate potential leads
Qualifying leads in HOT, WARM, COLD bucket to ensure effective data capturing
Creating & Maintaining a list/database of prospect Clients in Excel and/or CRM tool
Understanding Client needs, offering/proposing best suited product or solutions
Coordinating with Inside Sales Lead/Manager on day to day work to record performance
Answer potential Client questions and follow-up questions to Close Sales on Winning Note
