Job Summary


The SVP, Sales Operations will assist the Chief Growth Officer in leading Sales and Marketing teams (Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to improve the Sales processes and operational efficiency of the teams. In short, s/he will help the teams focus more on selling and building customer relationships by providing timely help by using process improvements and removing impediments for the team.

What will you do?

  • Provide actionable insights and strategies to the Sales teams by analyzing the sales pipeline and targets
  • Analyze trends in the industry and provide recommendations for tapping into new target markets
  • Help improve Sales velocity by working with the Sales managers (eg: Figuring out bottlenecks in the deal stages and help to remove them)
  • Understand competitors products and work with the Sales team to formulate strategies to improve Exotel s lead conversion rate
  • Manage the Sales org design keeping in mind the Revenue goals and staffing budgets
  • Own and manage Sales collaterals
  • Measure, Analyze and help improve sales cycles for each segment (SMB, Enterprise)
  • Own and manage training for the Sales teams
  • Identify and deploy new tools that help accelerate Sales
  • Own and update the pricing playbook to help achieve revenue goals
  • Own the Revenue planning and forecasting process. Use Data and Analytics tools to create better forecasting models.
  • Monitor the accuracy of sales reports, recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Create and deploy strategies for Up-selling, Cross-selling with the CS teams
  • Work with the CS team to monitor and improve wallet-share with existing customers

What we look for?

  • At least 15 years of Sales/Sales Ops experience preferably in B2B SaaS companies
  • Managed an ARR of INR 200 Cr
  • Experience with managing large Sales and Account Management teams
  • Consistently achieved/overachieved Revenue targets.
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product teams
