Job Summary

Account Manager (Mumbai)

Job Description:

Require an enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Accounts in India and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
  • Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expanding existing relationships for ETP products/services.
  • Work with ETP Solution Architects to fine-tune and present solutions to customers
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Support customer projects.
  • Create MIS of all the projects of Identified Key challenges and opportunities
  • Plan and execute customer engagement events and activities related to ETPs product roadmap and solutions

Skills & Experience

  • An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:
  • Align with customers and ETP to create a joint vision of the future
  • Be consistent, hardworking and detail-oriented
  • Be based in Mumbai and willing to travel all over India
  • University Degree with at 6 to 9 years of sales/consulting experience.
  • Creativity in solving complex problems.
  • Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Is a long term player
  • Has excellent relationship skills.
  • Can find, maintain and grow win-win relationships.
  • Has strong customer focus with an ability to drive customer success
  • Experience in the Retail and ERP sector is preferable, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in IT solution selling is essential.

Base Location: Mumbai
