Job Summary DescriptionVP - Growth is a key leadership role at Entropik and will be pivotal to Companies scale up Plans across Geos. The expectation from the role is to drive the following key KPIsBuild a Sustainable Top Funnel, Mid Funnel & Bottom Funnel Growth strategy and deploy it to drive 4x sales growth over the next 12 months.Position Entropik as a Thought Leader in the Consumer Insights IndustryDrive Customer advocacy in the Ecosystem of Consumer Insights professionals, Brand Managers & Marketers.Strategize and Plan for New product Launches & its GTM across Geos.In addition, the role comprises an ability to create an exemplary Marketing & Growth team tuned to the Fast Growth objectives of the company.ResponsibilitiesBuild and drive an exemplary Marketing team tuned to the growth mindset of Entropik.Develop & Execute strategies to drive Demand Gen Plan towards sustainable high velocity pipeline through Outbound & Inbound ChannelsDevelop & Execute Strategies to achieve right Brand Positioning for Entropik.Developing PR & Communication Strategy working with Agencies "Marketing, PR etc".Develop & execute Content Marketing Strategy for Entropik to drive communication & community enrichment of end user to its services.Requirements10+ Years of Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS.Past experience encompassing relevant experience driving Product Marketing, Demand Gen or Growth functionsStart Up / Early Stage / Growth Stage Technology start-ups "Preferred"Would have demonstrated ability of building teams in a fast growing environmentBE/ BTech / MBA from reputed institutes preferred. "Not Mandatory"
